We ask information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.

When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or other information we deem pertinent. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you is used to personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs and aides in our decision making process.)

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties, such as email addresses or other?

NEVER. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This typically does not include trusted third parties who assist us in updating our website (i.e. 4M Club's web engineer), conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be shared for marketing, advertising, or other uses, such as testimonial quotes when appropriate.

We only show photos confidentially or share general information about women candidates to our bachelor clients or otherwise qualified prospects IF or WHEN we feel it is a potential match--and no personal contact info is ever shared with a client without express permission of candidate. The photos displayed on our website's Flash page (actual members) gave us permission for advertising purposes only, otherwise client or candidate photos are never displayed to the general public.

Women who complete the pre-application form and wish to opt out for consideration AFTER submitting, you may email chris@4mclub.com. Please mention you wish to have your application deleted from our permanent files; otherwise all applications become the property of the 4M Club and are never displayed to the general public. The 4M Club is private matchmaking for single men and women we deem eligible, and we are an off-line service only.
